FRISCO, Texas – January 16, 2006 – Mark Depker, executive vice president of Hall Financial Group, announced today John Deere Company, one of the oldest industrial companies in the United States, has leased 9,997 square feet for its sales branch office at 3011 Internet Boulevard in Hall Office Park, Frisco, Texas. Frisco is one of seven cities in North America to offer a John Deere sales branch. The relocation occurred in late November 2005.

With internal staff and field personnel, John Deere-Dallas will employ approximately 60 people. Jean Farris, director of leasing for Hall Office Park, handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord Hall Financial Group.
