Technisource Leases 40,351 Square Feet at Hall Office Park in Frisco, Texas

FRISCO, Texas – April 6, 2006 – Mark Depker, executive vice president of Hall Financial Group, announced today that Technisource, Inc., a national provider of information technology services, has leased 40,351 square feet at 3011 Internet Boulevard in the award-winning Hall Office Park, Frisco, Texas and will serve as a primary tenant complete with building signage.

Technisource is consolidating existing division and regional offices currently located in Dallas, Plano and Coppell into the Class A, three-story office building. Approximately 165 employees will move into the new offices in May. Technisource, headquartered in Little Rock, AR, is a provider of consulting, managed services, and integration and support services for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies.

Since 2005, Hall Office Park has signed 365,000 square feet of leases and currently has 300,000 new square feet under construction. Hall Financial Group intends to maintain an adequate supply of available inventory to meet future demand and sustain its established momentum at the park. Today, 131 companies and 3,800 employees call Hall Office Park home.

We project to expand by approximately 50 percent and generate an additional 80 new job opportunities for local residents within the next 24 to 36 months.”
