FRISCO, Texas – April 6, 2006 – Mark Depker, executive vice president of Hall Financial Group, announced today that Atlanta-based GreenbergFarrow, a fully-integrated national architectural, engineering and development consulting firm, has leased 7,650 square feet of Class A office space at 2611 Internet Boulevard, Hall Office Park, Frisco, Texas.

“So far this year, we have signed more leases at Hall Office Park than any other first quarter to date – partly because of our aggressive deal making posture – but also because we are committed to meeting the needs of our tenants,” said Depker.

Other new high profile tenants at Hall Office Park include the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.’s corporate headquarters, Dallas Baptist University’s north Frisco campus and Technisource, Inc. Today, Hall Office Park is home to 131 companies with 3,800 employees.

Since ground was broken in 1997, 11 multi-tenant Class A office buildings have been completed. The twelfth building at 3101 Gaylord Parkway, a three-story, 128,000 square foot structure, is planned for completion in September 2006 and will bring the park to more than 1.5 million square feet of office space. Preleasing activities are underway.
