FRISCO, Texas – April 6, 2006 – Mark Depker, executive vice president of Hall Financial Group, announced today that CKK Home Décor, a home furnishings specialty company and current tenant at Hall Office Park in Frisco, is doubling in size and has signed a new 6,581 square foot lease at 3211 Internet Boulevard.

Other new high profile tenants at Hall Office Park include the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.’s corporate headquarters, Dallas Baptist University’s north Frisco campus and Technisource, Inc. Today, Hall Office Park is home to 131 companies with 3,800 employees.

The twelfth building at 3101 Gaylord Parkway, a three-story, 128,000 square foot structure, is planned for completion in September 2006 and will bring the park to more than 1.5 million square feet of office space.
