New Leases Signed at Hall Office Park

FRISCO, TX – Oct. 30, 2007 – Mark Depker, president of Hall Financial Group’s management division, announced today that the following leases have been signed at its signature, award-winning Hall Office Park development in Frisco, Texas.

• Tech USA, Inc., a staffing firm with a focus on technology professionals, has signed a new lease for 1,950 square feet at 2600 Network Boulevard, Suite 202. Jean C. Farris, director of leasing, handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group.

• Frisco Economic Development Corporation (FEDC) has renewed its lease for 3,290 square feet at 6801 Gaylord Parkway, Suite 200. The FEDC is the business development agency for the City of Frisco with the primary mission to promote and encourage development through the attraction and formation of new businesses that provide quality employment opportunities for the citizens of Frisco and expand the tax base of the City. Jean C. Farris, director of leasing, handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group.

• Enterprise Staffing has expanded and renewed its lease for 3,251 square feet at 2600 Network Boulevard, Suite 290. Enterprise Staffing is a staffing and consulting company that provides permanent placement, contract placement and contract to hire placement services. Scott Brown with CRESA Partners represented Enterprise Staffing in the transaction. Jean C. Farris, director of leasing, handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group.

• iGate Mastech, a staffing service firm with a focus in the areas of information technology and finance/accounting, has expanded and renewed its lease for 2,455 square feet at 2600 Network Boulevard, Suite 270. • CryptoLogon has signed a new lease for 2,153 square feet at 2600 Network Boulevard, Suite 380. Mark Macy with The Macy Newman Company represented CryptoLogon in the transaction. Jean C. Farris, director of leasing, handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group.

• Theory of Constraints Healthcare has signed a new lease for 2,662 square feet at 2601 Network Boulevard, Suite 202. Eric Morgan with Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. Jean C. • Genworth Life Insurance Company has renewed its lease for 1,486 square feet of space at 2595 Dallas Parkway, Suite 102. Gregory Trezise with Colliers Pinkard and Mary Stoner-Yost with Colliers International represented Genworth Life in the transaction. Jean C.
