FRISCO, TX – Dec. 17, 2007 – Mark Depker, president of Hall Financial Group’s management division, announced today Skywire Software has signed a new 49,500-square-foot lease for its new worldwide corporate headquarters at 3000 Internet Blvd. in the Hall Office Park development in Frisco, Texas. Skywire Software is a high-growth vertical software company.
A Hall Office Park tenant since its inception, Skywire Software has grown from its initial 7,500-square-foot lease, to more than 19,500 square feet today – and now is expanding to more than 49,500 square feet on two floors to accommodate its success, and increases in revenue and number of employees.
Founded in 2000, Skywire Software has experienced tremendous growth both organically and through 10 acquisitions. The company serves more than 2,400 customers in 45 countries worldwide and employs more than 650 globally.
Skywire Software officials said approximately 150 of the company’s employees moved into the new space within Hall Office Park on Dec. 7. The move consolidates employees from the company’s previous headquarters located in the Hall Office Park at 2401 Internet Blvd., and its office located at One Lincoln Center in Dallas. In addition to its corporate headquarters in Frisco, Skywire Software has eight offices located throughout the North America and the United Kingdom, with satellite offices worldwide.
“We’re pleased that Skywire Software has opted to grow within Hall Office Park,” said Depker. “When our tenants expand within the park, it is an indicator that what we are doing here helps them be more creative and more productive, ultimately increasing their bottom line success.”
“Keeping the company’s global headquarters in Frisco, specifically Hall Office Park, reflects our commitment to growing jobs in this area drawing from the region’s tremendous pool of talent,” said Skywire Software Founder, CEO and President Patrick Brandt. “Collin County is known as a technology hub with a strong workforce to support innovation – a key focus for Skywire Software and the products and services we offer our customers.”
“Like Skywire Software, the City of Frisco has experienced tremendous growth during the past seven years,” Brandt added. “We continue to be impressed with the ongoing commitment to business and to providing a high quality of life for those who work and call this wonderful community home. We look forward to the continued expansion of Skywire Software and building upon our legacy of community service.”
Skywire Software has earned more than 60 awards in recognition of its innovation, leadership, growth, and community service. These include being named to the Comerica 60 for multiple consecutive years in recognition of high growth and earning the 2006 Greater Dallas Chamber Momentum Award for achieving the highest percentage of increase in local employee growth. The company also earned the Collin County Volunteer of the Year for its service to the local community, including such organizations as Frisco Family Services and the Jody Young Foundation.
Jean C. Farris, director of leasing for Hall Financial Group, handled lease negotiations. The just-completed 3000 Internet Blvd., is a 150,000-square-foot, six-story building at Hall Office Park.
