Businesses are Booming at Hall Office Park

FRISCO, TEXAS (Dec. 3, 2008) – Mark Depker, president of Hall Financial Group’s management division, announced today that five tenants have signed renewals, extensions or expansions for a total of more than 20,000 square feet at its signature Hall Office Park development in Frisco, Texas.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation renewed and expanded its lease at 2600 Network Blvd. The foundation was leasing 7,984 square feet in Hall Office Park and has added an additional 2,153 square feet for a total of 10,137 square feet.

“We’ve spent a lot of time and research developing an environment that is conducive to the success of our tenants,” said Depker. “We have a location that is convenient for employees and customers or clients and close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The Texas Sculpture Garden and Hall Collection located throughout the park and its buildings inspires creativity. Hall Office Park’s Director of Leasing, Jean C. Farris, added that the signature office park is ideal for growing businesses. “We currently have space available to accommodate businesses needed anywhere from 1,000 to 100,000 square feet. We’re happy to work with our tenants to make sure that there are no growing pains, only growth.”

Cobb, Fendley and Associates, a multi-discipline engineering consulting firm with offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Tyler, signed an extension and expanded its total space from 3,398 square feet to 4,463 square feet at 6801 Gaylord Parkway.

David Prince, CPA, renewed a lease for 4,287 square feet at 2595 Dallas Parkway. Alan C. Deetjen and Charles M. Collins, financial advisors, extended its lease for 1,241 square feet at 2601 Network Blvd. and Oxford Industries renewed its lease for 827 square feet at 2601 Network Blvd.

In all cases, Farris handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group. Hall Office Park is home to more than 150 businesses and 7,500 employees.
