Independent Propane Co., a wholesaler of industrial supplies, leased 2,136 square feet at 2591 Dallas Parkway.
Rockfish Interactive Group, a Web design and development group, leased 1,688 square feet at 2591 Dallas Parkway. M. Ethan Garner of Lincoln Harris CSG handled negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
Assured Pharmacy, Inc., a specialty pharmacy dedicated to chronic pain management, leased 1,532 square feet at 2595 Dallas Parkway. Dene Allred with CMI Brokerage handled negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
Attorneys Jordan, Houser & Flourney, LLP, leased 1,102 square feet at 2591 Dallas Parkway.
Hall Office Park’s Director of Leasing Jean Farris handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group.
