Bravo Health, Net Traffic, American Unit and DaVita Sign New Leases at Hall Office Park

FRISCO, TEXAS – April 3, 2009 – Mark Depker, president of Hall Financial Group’s management division, announced today that four companies have signed leases totaling more than 15,000 square feet at its signature Hall Office Park development in Frisco, Texas.

“Hall Office Park continues to attract new businesses and retain current tenants by offering top-of-the-line amenities including convenient location, on-site management and unique park-like setting with beautiful landscaping and public art throughout the 162-acre award-winning development,” said Depker.

Master planned for 3 million square feet of Class A office space, Hall Office Park currently offers contiguous available space from 1,000 to 100,000 square feet in 15 architecturally distinct office buildings.

Bravo Health Texas, Inc., a Medicare Advantage plan dedicated to providing beneficiaries access to high quality, cost-effective health care has signed a new lease for 4,775 square feet at 6801 Gaylord Parkway. Rebecca Griffin with Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.

Net Traffic, a leading provider of software solutions for large enterprises and service providers, has signed a new lease for 4,564 square feet at 3000 Internet Boulevard.

American Unit, a provider of IT services such as application development, application maintenance, enterprise solutions, business intelligence and testing services to America’s Fortune 500 companies, signed a new lease for 3,950 square feet at 2801 Network Boulevard.

DaVita Inc., a leading provider of kidney care services for those diagnosed with chronic kidney failure and disease (CKD), signed a new lease for 2,602 square feet at 6801 Gaylord Parkway in Frisco. Louis Carpenter of USI Real Estate Brokerage Services, Inc. negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.

In all cases, Jean C. Farris, director of leasing, and Tammy Lomonaco, leasing associate, handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group.
