FRISCO, TEXAS (April 14, 2009) – Mark Depker, president of Hall Financial Group’s management division, announced today that five companies have signed leases totaling over 15,000 square feet at Hall Office Park in Frisco, Texas.

IGPS Company LLC, the world’s first company to provide manufacturers and retailers with an all-plastic pallet pool with embedded RFID-tags, renewed and expanded their lease to 5,736 square feet at 6801 Gaylord Parkway.
Boyer Group, an advertising, design and public relations company, has renewed its lease for 3,335 square feet at 2601 Network Boulevard.
LifePath Systems, a provider of quality treatment and support to individuals with special needs, renewed its lease for 2,561 square feet at 2611 Internet Boulevard.
NAPCO, LLC, a wholesale broker of commercial property insurance, renewed its lease for 2,450 square feet at 2801 Network Boulevard. Paula Osborn of Jackson & Cooksey negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
Oil and gas drilling company, Crown Energy, renewed its lease for 1,521 square feet at 2591 Dallas Parkway.
In all cases, Jean C. Farris, director of leasing and Tammy Lomonaco, leasing associate, handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group.
