FRISCO, TX – May 6, 2009 – Hall Office Park's Director of Leasing Jean Farris heads into summer with 19 leases totaling more than 93,000 square feet signed this year. Chicago-based MillerCoors signed a lease for 25,271 square feet for its Southwest Region sales office. The new lease includes an expansion of MillerCoors original 12,357-square-foot lease signed in August 2006.
TITAN Engineering, Inc., a full-service environmental engineering, consulting and management company, signed a new lease for 10,175 square feet for its corporate headquarters.
Frisco Family YMCA has renewed its lease for 8,768 square feet.
In all cases, Farris handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group. In addition, Tammy Lomonaco, Hall Financial Group’s leasing associate, worked on the TITAN Engineering lease.
