FRISCO, Texas – December 2, 2009 – Mark Depker, president of Hall Financial Group’s management division, announced today that four companies have signed leases totaling more than 11,000 square feet at Hall Office Park in Frisco.
Haskell, a design-build firm practicing in the general building and civil infrastructure markets, renewed its lease for 4,939 square feet at 2591 Dallas Parkway.
Daneric Capital Management Group, LLC, a professional asset management company, signed a new lease for 3,935 square feet at 2600 Network Boulevard. Steve Jarvie of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
Comosoft, a developer of web and Java-based enterprise applications for the retail publishing industry, signed a new lease for 1,602 square feet at 2601 Network Boulevard.
KMW Communications, Inc., a solutions provider for the wireless industry, has signed a new lease for 1,241 square feet at 2601 Network Boulevard.
