Rockfish Interactive Expands to 7,780 Square Feet at Hall Office Park

FRISCO, Texas – June 10, 2010 – Mark Depker, president of Hall Financial Group’s management division, announced today that Rockfish Interactive, an agency that builds interactive solutions for the digital age, has signed a new lease for 7,780 square feet at 3010 Gaylord Parkway at Hall Office Park in Frisco. Rockfish previously occupied 1,688 square feet at 2591 Dallas Parkway, also in the Hall Office Park development.

Rockfish Interactive was a one-man operation when CEO and Founder Kenny Tomlin started the firm in Northwest Arkansas with the vision of creating a great solutions company. Four years later, Rockfish now has more than 80 employees in two offices, one that opened in Frisco last year to better serve brands and talent in the area. The company has also been honored by Advertising Age as the 2008 Small Agency of the Year, ranked third in the world on the 2009 Advertising Age Agency A-List, and has implemented solutions with high-profile companies such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Cisco, Kimberly-Clark, Tyson Foods, Sara Lee, ConAgra and Dr Pepper Snapple Group.

“When you’re a company that’s becoming known as one that’s changing the way agencies do business—well, you’re going to grow,” said Kenny Tomlin, founder and chief executive officer of Rockfish Interactive. “In fact, our growth is a direct result of the growth that we’ve helped our clients experience with the solutions that we’ve built for them.” He continued, “We’ve enjoyed the Hall Office Park location, so it made sense for us to stay in the development once we outgrew our initial space. Hall Financial Group helped find us a space that will handle our growth for the next 18 months as we add more clients, locally and globally.”

“When construction began on Hall Office Park more than 10 years ago, we envisioned creating an atmosphere for both emerging businesses and corporate powerhouses,” said Depker. “Rockfish Interactive is an excellent entrepreneurial success story and we look forward to accommodating their growth within the park for years to come.”

Kim Vincent Butler, director of leasing, and Tammy Lomonaco, leasing associate, handled negotiations on behalf of owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group.

Completed in 2007, 3010 Gaylord Parkway totals 150,000 square feet in three stories. The building’s two-story lobby features high-end finishes and contemporary artwork by well-known international artists.
