Serving Hall Office Park tenants as well as the City of Frisco, the Frisco Family YMCA offers after school programs, summer camps, child care programs, youth sports, personal training, wellness programs, athletic classes and the latest work-out equipment. Discounted rates are available to Hall Office Park tenants. Income-based membership and financial assistance may also be available. Members of the Frisco Family YMCA at Hall Office Park may also enjoy the amenities and services of the Frisco YMCA on Main Street in downtown Frisco at no additional charge.

The facility is open Monday through Thursday, 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The YMCA is closed on Sunday. For more information, please call 972.335.3222.
