| David
Graeve is a newcomer to Texas, where
he recently moved from Minnesota. He
currently lives and works in Houston,
Texas. He works with glass, but in a
different manner than fellow Texas Sculpture
Garden artists Jim Bowman and Polly
Gessell. Mr. Graeve's materials are
primarily industrial glass blocks and
lenses. His piece, Window 36 - Iris,
is a reference to his young daughter
Iris, shown peeking out safely shielded
by her mother, Tish, and her father,
David.
