Hickman is a skilled sculptor, who not
only designs and produces sculpture,
but also repairs works of art that become
damaged. He works with stone, metal,
ceramic, and glass. Mr. Hickman lives
and works in Dallas, Texas and has received
many public and private commissions,
including the City of Dallas, the Dallas
Area Rapid Transit system (DART), and
the City of Irving. He is the designer
and sculptor of the Dallas Visual Art
Center Legend Award and the Dallas Business
Committee for the Arts Obelisk Award.
