Orr is well-known statewide and nationally
for his free-standing sculptures and
wallworks composed primarily of glass
and wood elements. He typically uses
light and shadow as part of his piece.
Mr. Orr has developed a technique for
stacking glass and wood without nails
or glue to produce both large-scale
and small, delicate sculptures. He has
participated in invitational exhibitions
as far away as Japan. He lives and works
in Dallas, Texas.
